DONOR CARD
 Now is a great time to register on your state organ donor list, if available in your state. You may also wish to carry a donor I.D. card if donor information is not on your drivers license. Of course, also discuss your decision with your family. Some state organ donor registration options are available on this website. Just select your state and click through to the information.
We have included a donor card that you can download and print. After you print it, just fill in any information requested, sign it with witnesses and place it in your wallet. This will let emergency medical personnel know your wishes for organ donation. Your drivers license should also indicate that you are an organ donor if you are registered.
 REMINDER – Be sure to talk your family members about your decision.
